Fine views and really good service

The thoughtful touches, such as complimentary snacks and a warm welcome from staff. We dined at the Bar restaurant, where the salmon kebab was a highlight. I'd suggest a bit more variety in television channels for non-French speakers to enhance the leisure experience.

clean place with professional and attentive staff and delightful view to the lake. extremely comfy bed in the superior king room, plus a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. amazing food for breakfast. unbeatable and excellent location in the commercial area, right by the lake facing the alps, lakeside and the bar restaurant which has lakeview tables and outdoor seating as well. easy walk to slipstream sculpture. very good customer service. everything perfect. real good overall experience.

It was in a central location, close to all the activities going on.

The hotel lacks a pool and the limited spa facilities don't quite match the luxury expectations. Noise from events , especially late music, made it harder to get quality rest, and the pricing for dining felt steep, given the quality inconsistencies. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, despite being set to the lowest temperature, a known issue. Breakfast ending at 10 AM felt too early for a vacation setting.

The staff in the hotel was very friendly, caring. Food in the restaurant is excellent.

The standard double room was fabulous and delightful, with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The staff was very helpful and really helpful, always on hand when needed.

Great central location by the lake, spacious and clean rooms. The welcoming staff adds to the charm, though the cleaning service could be quicker. Enjoyed the complimentary apples and the little sweet surprises left in the room.

Arranged for dinner for my daughter's 18th birthday dinner.

My daughter invited 3 of her school friends back to our room at 4am in the morning to crash on the floor as my daughter did not want them to go home at that time. The girls slept on the floor and couch and id not use the facility. On check out early the next morning as I had a flight to Amman early from Zurich, the manager added $300.00 supplement for the 3 girls and when questioned about, became indignant and insisted that they discussed this with my daughter the night before. My daughter is very frugal and would have mentioned this to me. I questioned her infront of the night manager and she insisted that she was not told. After much discussions, which was not good, the manager reluctantly relented. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and felt that I treated like a criminal. This is not good and I will not be staying at this facility again and will be telling all of my friends of this treatment.

Excellent service and well-designed interior and furniture

Would definitely recommend for a weekend escape.

Spacious room, amazing view, with comfortable beds and large windows that allow ample natural light. The complimentary travel pass offered free access to public transport and a one-time boat ride, while the on-site restaurant provided delicious dining options with lovely outdoor seating.

Design is in old fashion. The bed is so hard. It need to renew.

It was just a commendable fit for strolling around in Neuchatel with good value for money. The underground parking with direct access from the hotel was very convenient. Consider using the general parking area for shorter stays.

No pool. Room very dark, furniture old and dark. No relaxing sitting/lounge area apart from bar.
